The GUI guides the machinist through various steps to program probe and laser routines, enabling faster setups. It includes user-friendly features such as graphical and textual depictions explaining the purpose of all program cycles and the functions of individual parameters within a program. Users are able to see the call statement being created with the entry of each parameter chosen. A built-in help button provides access to Blum’s official manuals. The GUI can be installed on any PC running Windows XP or Windows 7.
