View MoreVolatile solvents have traditionally been used to clean medical devices. However, water is becoming accepted as an environmentally-friendly alternative. The Lean-Jet RB-2 is part of Ransohoff, Inc.’s line of aqueous-based parts cleaning systems designed for use within lean or cellular manufacturing processes. Suitable for cleansing a range of products, the system has been implemented when dealing with dental implants, artificial knees and hips and skins.
Multiple or individual parts can be handled in one basket. The system accomplishes multi-stage rotational cleaning, rinsing and drying in a common chamber, thus eliminating the need for a parts transfer system.
