Millstar’s Quad Force Machining systems of solid carbide cutting tools feature cutting geometry with the capacity to perform four cutting actions in one.
Millstar’s Quad Force Machining systems of solid carbide cutting tools feature cutting geometry with the capacity to perform four cutting actions in one. The series offers a hybrid combination of high-feed, variable flute, variable helix and offset geometries. The tooling system is suitable for high-feed machining, trochoidal machining, slide and slot milling, and plunge milling in hard and soft tool/die steels, stainless steels, and titanium. According to the company, the tools are time- and cost-effective, and can reduce the number of required tool changes and size of the tool library.
