According to the company, the XPS-16 CNC drill sharpener can reproduce complex, high-tech points found on premium HSS and carbide drills. This sharpener is designed for shops that require precision, simplicity and productivity, the company says.
A collet chuck version of the auto sharpener is available. This version allows users to sharpen most end mill shank drill bits as well as double margin drill bits.
The company says the high capacity sharpener can sharpen thousands of drills per week. Users can sharpen pre-programmed points or program their own custom points.
For carbide, there is an automatic cycle to hone the cutting edge.
