Designed for grinding and finishing applications, CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels' Z3 Ultimate flap disc is constructed of zirconia alumina grain with a poly/cotton heat-treated backing. It features wide abrasive material to prevent overheating and allow the zirconia to break down. The flaps of the disc are not as long as other standard flap discs, the company says, which gives it more cushion. It is available in 4 1/2" with grit sizes ranging from 36 to 80.
