Big Kaiser’s Torque Fit is a tightening fixture for collet chucks with an integrated torque measuring system. The fixture facilitates collet chuck tightening by notifying the user of a correctly set torque value via an audible buzzer. If overtightening occurs, the error LED light flashes.
The fixture has been developed to replace multiple torque wrenches. It has adapters available for most machine tool interfaces, including CAT, BT, SK, HSK and Big Capto. Torque values for all Big Kaiser collet chucks are preset, though the fixture can tighten any collet chuck with a torque value up to 80 Nm (60 foot-pounds).
