Leaders-In background
Mitsubishi’s 3015 NX-F fiber laser is equipped with a fiber laser oscillator, a Z-axis linear drive, head preset auto-focus processing, a 64-bit NC with 15" touchscreen NC-panel, and more. The NX-F features a stroke measuring 125.9" × 62.9" × 4.7" (3,198 × 1,598 × 119 mm) with positioning accuracy of 0.0019/20" (0.05/500 mm). On the single-axis machines, rapid traverse rate is 4,724 ipm on single-axis machines and 6,680 on simultaneous machines.

Also on display, the 2D eX machine is designed for productivity and efficiency. This machine replaces the LVP series and is the fifth generation in a line of 2D lasers. The machine is said to deliver low running costs and eco-friendly features for power and gas consumption, as well as stable operation for greater productivity. The 3015 eX 60XF model features a 6,000-W resonator.

According to the company, the eX line also features an eco-mode that cuts running costs by as much as 90 percent during standby. Carbon dioxide emissions are also reduced. The machine’s compact design is said to provide a small footprint without reducing table size.

Another product on display is the XL laser line of large-size laser processing machines designed for reliability, stability and productivity in thick sheet-cutting applications.

The rigid, large-size laser processing machines are equipped with a 45CF-R resonator to achieve a high-quality beam, the company says. The space-saving design is equipped with a cooling unit and control unit.
