Command Tooling offers a line of high-quality, durable, driven tools for Swiss machines that are designed for final assembly run-out better than 2.5 microns. The live tools are said to be well-suited for manufacturing medical parts. They feature a labyrinth seal that shields internal components from contaminants during operation. To decrease flex and damp vibration, housings are made of high-strength alloy steel and solid shafts of tool steel. The tools are equipped with ABEC 7 or better spindle bearings.
