Heinrich Company’s family of Adjustable Cross-hole drill jigs includes three sizes in manual and air-operated versions. They are designed for precision cross-hole drilling to round or hexagon stock and use regular “SF” type drill bushings. Each unit comes with an adjustable end stop for locating the work. The stop can be used from either side of the fixture.
The three sizes can handle stock ranging from 1/8" to 3/4", 3/4" to 1 1/2", and 1 1/2" to 2 1/2". A foot switch and hoses are available to be used in conjunction with the air-operated units.
