The equipment consolidates three stations on a single dial, which can triple plier production. In addition, the machine performs hand operations or single-station rotary belt grinding operations. According to the company, completing operations in one fixturing improves consistency.
Standard features include three belt heads; a belt speed of 4,000 to 7,500 feet per minute; a self-contained coolant system with filtration and magnetic separator; and independent spindles with capabilities at each station of 50 rpm to 250 rpm.
