Designed for demanding applications, De-Sta-Co’s HD 5000 series manual toggle clamps feature rugged construction and pivot points made of hardened pins inside durable steel bushings. These pins do not rotate in the joint, which increases life compared to traditional clamp designs, the company says.
Suited for industries such as welding, automotive, agriculture and transportation, the clamps feature forged, alloy-steel clamping bars that can be modified to suit various application requirements. They also are available with a Toggle Lock Plus option to prevent unintentional opening, and are equipped with ergonomic safety grips and multiple base-mounting options, the company says.
