View MoreAvailable from Dyna Tech Chemical Specialties, DYNA Cool K2002 metalworking coolant is said to reduce problems with coolant odor, short sump life, dermatitis and rust accumulation on machines. The high-performance cutting fluid is formulated with components that are resistant to bacterial growth and odor formation, yet gentle on the skin. Although the fluid is semi-synthetic, it features high oil content for improved lubricity, tool life and rust protection. The high oil content also results in the product leaving a protective oil film on machine ways to prevent rust accumulation during shut-down periods, an especially useful feature for CNC machines, the company says. Additionally, the product is engineered for long sump life.
