Zero Pulsar 55se blast cabinets from Clemco Industries are ergonomically designed to enhance productivity and efficiency by providing a safe, comfortable work station for blast operators. Operators can work from a seated position and concentrate on achieving the desired surface treatment rather than on their physical discomfort from standing for long periods, the company says. The cabinet design minimizes floor space requirements, making it well-suited for cell manufacturing environments.
Features include a large quick-change window; reverse-pulse, cartridge-style dust collector; pressure-blast system; and optional HEPA filtration. The cabinet can be used with glass bead, aluminum oxide and other recyclable media in applications such as cleaning, deburring, peening and finishing in the aerospace, automotive and fabricated metal industries.
