In addition to the core design module, the software also includes loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) and transmission error (TE) optimization tools. The software is fully integrated with the company's “inspection centre” module that links with measurement devices to evaluate machining processes and correct errors for smoother production flow. The module’s design, analysis, inspection and optimization functionality can be applied to any gear form and is intended to eliminate the need for dedicated machines, along with reducing retooling and machine investment costs.
