The sPINner machine from Earth-Chain batch deburrs ferrous and non-ferrous parts produced on Swiss-type screw machines and lathes. The machine is suited for small, precision parts produced for the medical, electronics and aerospace industries.
Its stainless steel pin media removes light burrs and micro-burrs without harming the part, the company says. Because it is magnetically activated, the media can deburr internal cavities, slots, holes and blind holes. All parts are automatically demagnetized at the end of the deburring cycle. Fully programmable for hands-free operation, the machine comes in three sizes for small, medium and large quantities of parts.
