Rosler’s multi-tumbling batch blast machines feature a special rotary barrel design to improve blast coverage. According to the company, the machines have no “pinch points” to damage even sensitive parts.

The blast machines feature a simple design with few moving parts, said to increase up-time and reduce maintenance costs. The machine can be automated with custom loading and unloading equipment. The rotary barrel is made of highly wear-resistant manganese steel to increase tool life.

The machines can accommodate batches ranging from 3 to 34 cu. ft. Blast turbines range from A 15 to 75 hp.
