Each function button takes users to a calculation page which guides them through the problem and eliminates the guesswork. The app includes calculators for turning, milling, drilling, gun drilling, threading, true position, bolt patterns, surface finish, CNC keyways and circle segments as well as geometric calculators, sfm calculators for drilling, milling and turning over 170 materials, and tap drill calculators for roll form and cut taps. It can also convert units and hardness. Other features include drill and tap charts; thread data for 60-degree metric, UN and NPT threads; thread pitch over wire info; center drill dimensions; G and M codes; geometric dimensioning and tolerancing descriptions; a triangle solver; custom macro variables; a machinist forum; and the ability to export lathe G code for internal and external chamfers, tapers and radii.
