500°F Walk-In Oven Complies with Flammable Solvent Standards

Grieve’s No. 806 walk-in oven is a 500ºF (260ºC), electrically-heated oven designed for paint-baking operations. The oven’s workspace measures 72" × 96" × 78".  Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements provide 100 kW to heat the oven chamber, while a 10,000-cfm, 7 ½-hp recirculating blower delivers combination airflow to the workload. The oven features 4" insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior and interior, removable top-mounted heating chamber, and a fully insulated floor. It includes all safety equipment required by NFPA Standard 86 for flammable solvents, including a powered forced exhauster, airflow safety switch and purge timer. Controls on the oven include a fused disconnect switch, digital temperature controller and manual reset excess temperature controller.
