Mitsubishi Laser says its HV series is its most advanced hybrid series to date. As the sixth generation of the Hybrid series, with previous models such as the H2, HB, HC, HD and HDII machines, the HV features an open table for providing operability and easy maintenance. The machine’s beam path is stable, and its 11.8" Z-axis stroke is said to offer an expanded application range.
The series incorporates features for improved productivity, processing quality and cost performance. Features aimed at improving productivity include MC Diamond Soft CAD/CAM software, which can decrease setup and processing time, while reducing secondary operations. Enhancements, including faster processing speeds, increased machine tool rigidity and an updated servo control system have also been made.
