Starrag Group Selects Udo Herbes as New Managing Director

The Starrag Group has appointed Udo Herbes as the new managing director of Starrag US. Mr. Herbes has 36 years of experience in the machine tool industry at companies like Gildemeister, Mikron and Hurco in Asia and Germany. In 2006, he moved to the United States and became the managing director for the West Coast division of DMG America. Mr. Herbes continued in this position through the 2009 DMG/Mori Seiki collaboration until his appointment at Starrag US.
