Starrag Group Plans for CEO Succession
The company is in the process of long-term succession planning.

Walter Börsch will succeed Frank Brinken as the CEO of the Starrag Group (Rorschacherberg,
Switzerland) during the company’s Annual General Meeting in 2014. Mr. Börsch has been with the company for six years and served as COO for four years before assuming his current position as head of Business Unit 1. Mr. Börsch was selected in a professional search process which included external candidates.
Upon his retirement, Mr. Brinken will be proposed as successor for Valentin Vogt for the company’s board of directors. Mr. Vogt plans to resign at the 2013 Annual General Meeting.
