SigmaTek Systems Appoints VP of North American Sales
Kevin Ramirez has more than 20 years working in the fabrication industry as a CNC operator, support engineer and salespersonv.
SigmaTek Systems, a developer CAD/CAM software for the fabrication industry, has brought on Kevin Ramirez as vice president of sales for North America. With an extensive manufacturing background, Mr. Ramirez has worked more than 20 years in the production, cutting machinery and software fields. During that time, he has served in positions including CNC operator, support and service engineer, technical sales management, and global OEM management.
Having operated, supported, and sold fabrication software and machines, Mr. Ramirez has an understanding of the technical needs of fabricators. “I know the team very well and feel honored to lead such an experienced group of professionals with so much fabrication and shop floor knowledge,” he says.
Mr. Ramirez will report directly to SigmaTek CEO Robbie Payne and will help the Senior Leadership Team identify opportunities to drive automation and connectivity within manufacturing technologies.
“I am working closely alongside the SigmaTEK Engineering team to ensure our new product developments truly enhance our customers’ experience,” says Mr. Ramirez. “Additionally, we will continue to expand our local presence with strong sales professionals to maintain our high level of service and support to our customers.”
