OSG Tap & Die (Glendale Heights, Illinois) has opened a new Regional Service Center in Forest Park, Georgia. The 21,198-square-foot facility, which opened December 1, 2014, stocks a complete line of the company’s cutting tools, including taps, end mills, drills and indexables, as well as other products such as thread gages and holders.

OSG says its objective in opening the center is to improve service to customers in the Southeast by reducing deliver times. It also is able to provide customer support nationwide. The new facility also serves as a second warehouse operation to serve customers in the event of an operations outage at the company’s Chicago-area headquarters.
