Mitee-Bite, Te-Co Acquire Raptor Workholding

Mitee-Bite Products LLC (Ossipee, New Hampshire) and Te-Co LLC (Union, Ohio) have acquired Raptor Workholding Products LLC (Burbank, California) in a strategic partnership. The move will expand the group’s workholding offerings for small to large workpieces as well as five-axis workholding for the metalworking industry.

Though each of the three companies will continue to operate individually, they will mutually benefit from combined domestic and international distribution networks and complementary product lines.
