Mikron Tool SA Agno Merges into Mikron Switzerland AG
This new structure will not impact Mikron Switzerland AG’s common activities. It will remain operationally independent as a division.

Mikron’s Board of Directors has decided to merge Swiss companies Mikron Tool SA Agno, Mikron SA Agno, Mikron SA Boudry and Mikron Management AG into a new entity called Mikron Switzerland AG. The merger occured on June 21, 2021.
This new structure will not impact Mikron Switzerland AG’s common activities, the company said. It will remain operationally independent as a division.

Mikron Switzerland AG said this merger was completed in order to strengthen the group’s position in the industry.
