Laguna Tools Names COO

Laguna Tools (Irvine, California) has appointed Stephen Stoppenbrink to the newly created chief operating officer position. Mr. Stoppenbrink has 30 years of industry and management experience, and most recently served as COO of Nu Flow Technologies.
