Koma Precision Appoints New Leadership
The company named David Meo president; his previous VP sales position is being filled by Andrew Esposito. Koma also named a new president of Koma Integrations and CFO.

Koma Precision Inc. has announced multiple appointments to leadership positions, including naming a new president. Koma offers machine tooling accessories in key manufacturing sectors including automotive, aerospace, fluids control, oil and mold and die.
The new president, David Meo, will be responsible for establishing the company’s goals and strategies and presiding over the entire workfoce. He brings over 15 years of manufacturing experience, including positions in the company’s Inside Sales department, as a regional sales manager and most recently as VP of sales, while still managing his clients.
In his previous positions at Koma, David was instrumental in supporting the overall goals of the business and his contributions have been invaluable. Meo looks forward to his new role, to help foster a culture of excellence across the whole company.
In addition, Anne Carney has been appointed as the company’s CFO. She will be responsible for implementing the company’s financial vision, leading its financial strategy, planning, accounting and finance operations. Carney will also serve as a member of the Koma Precision Board of Directors. Previously, Carney held the role of controller at Koma Precision.
Other notable changes include two new vice presidents of sales, Frank Cerrito and Andrew Esposito. Cerrito will be the lead correspondent for special projects and custom designs. He will also overee the production, engineering and manufacturing departments. The company says Cerrito has been an integral part of the Koma Precision Team for the last 25 years, and he has worked his way to general manager while also heading the engineering department.
Esposito will be responsible for managing the Koma Precision sales team in the USA, Canada and Mexico. This position was previously held by David Meo. Esposito has worked as a national sales manager, OEM sales manager and northeast sales manager. With over 15 years of experience, Esposito brings a wealth of knowledge to the sales process and is an excellent mentor and coach the Koma sales team.
The company also announced a new president of Koma Integration, Carl Capps. He will be responsible for all integration activities in North America, focusing on growing Koma Integration to include expanding the hydarulics division. Capps previously served as the integrations manager for Koma Integration in Aurora, Ind.
Capps has worked in the machine tool industry since 1995, and has been performing integration of machine tool accessories for over 20 years.
