View MoreJorgensen Conveyors and Filtration Solutions has named Chuck D’Amico as its new president and CEO. A third-generation owner and grandson of the company's founders, D'Amico has served Jorgensen for 26 years as manufacturing manager, vice president of manufacturing and director of operations. With a background that includes experience in engineering, operations, process improvement, productivity and quality, D'Amico has used his broad understanding of manufacturing to enhance Jorgensen's manufacturing operations with the latest technologies. He is committed to leveraging the company's respected traditions in bringing new, innovative products to market.
D’Amico assumed his new role upon the retirement of former co-principle John D’Amico. John D’Amico managed North American sales, marketing, engineering and product development and was a member of the core executive team, helping to set strategy for the organization, which more than doubled in size during his tenure. John D’Amico remains an owner and member of the board.
The company has also brought on board Karl Kleppek as director of sales and marketing, and appointed Dustin Krueger to the position of manager of engineering. Kleppek brings more than 30 years of professional experience at companies including GF Machining Solutions, FANUC America, and Siemens Energy and Automation. His new role will focus on ensuring that customers’ needs are met with the right solution. He has advanced his capabilities, earning an associate’s degree with honors in electronic engineering technology and rising through the ranks to hold design responsibilities for all of Jorgensen's product lines.
