These new team members will be dedicated to providing answers and solutions to customers through the company’s Uptime+ Service and Support Program.

The Uptime+ program is designed to help customers to achieve consistent and reliable operation from every GF Machining Solutions machine throughout their facilities. The program comprises extensive operator training, technical support, preventive maintenance and warranty service.
To further support customers, GF Machining Solutions says it guarantees quick delivery on replacement parts and certified consumables. The company stocks more than $10 million in inventory at its North American Hub for Spare Parts and Consumables, located in Woodridge, Illinois. According to the company, this enables it to provide same-day shipping of most domestic orders received by 4:00 p.m. (CST) for items that are in stock.
