Doosan Enhances Service and Support
Customers will have access to extended technical support, among other benefits.
Doosan Infracore America (Pine Brook, New Jersey) announced at IMTS 2014 that it now offers complimentary customer service products for its full line of machine tools. The company’s new “theCommitment” brand of service products includes enhanced factory quality control, an extended three-year limited warranty and round-the-clock technical support.
Mr. HJ Henry Kim, CEO, notes that the service offerings are part of permanent, ongoing support for Doosan customers and “They don’t apply to just certain models or segments of our product line. They extend across the full enterprise of our comprehensive line.”
