CNC Broach Tool Launched

John Gardner, a founding partner of Razorform Tools, has started CNC Broach Tool LLC (Marina Del Rey, California) to enhance product development, applications and service for an expanded line of indexable inserted broach tools for CNC lathes and milling machines. The keyway broaching tools enable a manufacturer or job shop to use CNC lathes and mills to broach blind or through internal keyways rather than needing to transfer parts to a separate broaching machine or outsource to a specialty broaching service, the company says. The TiN-coated carbide broaching inserts are indexable and regrindable. The company sells its product direct and provides CNC keyway broaching technical support to end users.
