Ceratizit has hired Anja Taylor as the company’s new channel manager to work directly with distributors throughout the United States. Taylor brings 10 years of national and regional experience to the role, with previous channel manager and sales engineer positions in the tool manufacturing industry focusing on automotive, aerospace, small parts machining and general engineering.

As channel manager for Ceratizit, Taylor will use her background in business development, strategic account management and technology implementation to shape, refine and execute Ceratizit’s U.S. distribution strategy.

Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a minor in marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. In addition to her academic and industry accomplishments, Taylor is said to be dedicated to leadership and workforce development. While living in Southwest Ohio, for instance, she worked with the Dayton Regional Manufacturing Association to cultivate the next generation of manufacturing professionals. Currently, she is a member of the Industrial Supply Association’s Emerging Leaders Committee and will earn her Emerging Leaders Channel Certification this spring.

“Ceratizit’s customer-centric approach aligns with the professional values on which I have built my career in cutting tools,” Taylor says. “I look forward to executing a channel partner strategy that fosters deeper engagement with our U.S. distributors to support our customers with access to innovative metalworking solutions for process improvement.”
