Leaders-In background

ADDIMAT, the Spanish Association of 3D and Additive Manufacturing Technologies, was created in San Sebastian, Spain, last December to group together enterprises related to the manufacture and marketing of equipment and materials for additive manufacturing. The organization has emerged as a spin-off of AFM, the dean of industrial associations in Spain, in response to demand to provide a context for additive manufacturing in the industry. Founding members include Fagor Automation, Ibarmia, the University of the Basque Country, the Bilbao Exhibition Centre and others. Any company related to 3D printing and additive manufacturing technologies can request membership.

ADDIMAT purports to group together stakeholders in Spain with the mission of representing additive manufacturing and promoting its development through inter-entrepreneurial cooperation and services. A team of AFM professionals manages the organization.
