Tune in to IMTSTV for Industry Insights
Starting today at noon (ET), sponsors of the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) will broadcast the first part of a week-long series of special programs about IMTS and the manufacturing industry it serves. Watch the programs on your PC or mobile viewer—the program repeats hourly.
The International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) is all about the latest and greatest equipment and processes for profitable manufacturing. That’s why it’s the biggest and best attended show on manufacturing in North America (the most recent show was last September). IMTSTV is the Internet media channel that delivers programming centered on the show and the news it makes about manufacturing.
IMTSTV has now returned for a week-long series of special programs. Like IMTS, these programs are all about manufacturing and what makes it an exciting, dynamic industry. The first daily broadcast airs today (Monday, April 25) starting at 12 p.m. (ET), then begins again at the top of every hour. New and different broadcasts will follow every day at the same time for the rest of the week—five days of useful, insightful coverage of industry news and IMTS 2012 updates (IMTS 2012 runs September 10 to15, 2012).
Today’ topics include an interview with a noted futurist and demographer who believes that the best days of American manufacturing are yet to come, a behind-the-scenes look at The Edge Factor show that featured the equipment that aided the heroic Chilean mine rescue, and an economic forecast for the manufacturing industry.
