By adopting advanced CNC technologies and a lean, cellular approach to manufacturing and assembly, McCay Tool realizes very efficient flow of products through its operation.
McCay Tool was founded in 1950 by Stanley McCay in order to fill the U.S. government’s need for contract manufacturing during the post-World War II aerospace and defense retooling era. It quickly became known as a quality manufacturer and won a prestigious contract to produce the warhead for the Raytheon-designed Patriot Missile, thereby establishing itself as one of the country’s premier U.S. defense contract manufacturers.
Over the years, McCay Tool has continued its growth to become a world-class manufacturing company specializing in the manufacturing and assembly of custom-designed, precision-machined components for aerospace, defense, commercial, industrial and other markets. It is a single-source integrator using a range of state-of-the-art equipment, and it focuses on providing exceptional quality and service managed by its ISO/AS quality system.
McCay Tool is located in a 50,000-square-foot, temperature-controlled facility.
