How I “Benefitted” from Moldmaking Technology Magazine
Old Moldmaking Technology trade show panelsserved as a good foundation for my headliner, but moldmakers will find more value in MMT.

Okay, I benefitted in a silly way, but you moldmakers out there will find MMT provides greater value to you. In short, I used old plastic trade show panels to create a custom headliner for the old ’55. It turned out pretty well, in my humble opinion.
Now in case you’re not aware, Moldmaking Technology is a sister publication to Modern Machine Shop. While MMS covers specific aspects of machining molds more effectively, MMT covers the entire spectrum of mold production. Its web site includes a comprehensive repository of information related to moldmaking processes, practices and technologies as well as a searchable supplier database. It’s certainly worth checking out if moldmaking is your thing.
You might also consider checking out MMT’s amerimold expo, which is coming up in April at the Donald E. Stephens center in Rosemont, Illinois. Originally called Moldmaking Expo, amerimold is geared toward moldmakers, molders, OEMs and rapid product development professionals, and emphasizes minimizing the new product development cycle.
