GTI will showcase its VibePro vibration analysis application (app), which collects and analyzes vibration signals to an iPad. The app is designed to be used with the company’s two-channel data acquisition box for iPad. The system offers a lightweight and water-resistant case, accelerometer and magnet with 10 ft. lead and all native iPad applications.

The VibePro app features a full FFT signature graph from 0 to 20 kHz or 0 to 1.2 million CPM. It is capable of 44,000 samples per sec. with a frequency resolution of 0.33 Hz. The app offers time and frequency analysis and generates reports including RMS, peak values, machine pictures, severity plots, custom drawings by the user and notes. It can be synchronized with the VibeTrend app to remotely monitor the overall value of the vibration of each machine.

The app can send reports by email or save data in a Dropbox folder, all in real time. Its online database uses Dropbox to manage and organize collected signals for different machines from different devices.
