MAG’s Cyclo Lock shrink-fit tool holders are designed to prevent end mills from pulling out during heavy cuts in titanium, Inconel and other hard metals used in production of high-value parts for the aerospace and heavy equipment industries. Square flats at the bottom of the location hole lock the tool in place to prevent it from pulling of the holder and damaging valuable forgings, the company says.

Non-licensed end mill flats are ground to match the holder, either by the OEM or in individual shops.
