The Power Wave i400 and AutoDrive 4R system are said to deliver the company's best performance technologies and welding processes to the robotic welding industry. The inverter-based power source and wire feeder design are intended to bring efficiency and durability to many welding applications. Both the i400 and AutoDrive 4R are designed for integration with the R-30i controller from Fanuc and offer a variety of configurations to meet most weld cell requirements. According to the company, the Power Wave i400 is service-friendly with easy access to internal components for service and routine maintenance, while offering supply power from 10 to 420 amps to accommodate a wide range of processes and materials. The AutoDrive 4R is designed to nest directly with the Fanuc Robotics ARC Mate 100iC arm. Designed to maximize robot mobility and performance the compact, lightweight package features the company's cast aluminum wire drive, which can be adjusted quickly without tools.
