Customers can replace worn tooling on their machines in seconds with 0.0005" axial and radial repeatability, the company says. The results are said to maximize the rigidity of the tooling application and increased productivity through higher feed rates, better finishes and longer tool life.
The company says that the economy and higher feed rates of the indexable Hi-PosMicro end mill tips allow users to exceed previous throughput at lower costs.
Cutter diameters range from 0.250" to 2.00". Medium- and high-density versions are also available.
