The welding system is designed for seamless integration with the Fanuc R-30iA controller or as a separate configuration to meet specific welding cell requirements.
The company’s Waveform control technology enables processes such as Rapid Arc, Power Mode and Total s2f. High-speed digital communication is achieved via Arc-Link over a CAN connection or with ArcLink XT. The ArcLink protocol can be connected via Ethernet cable.
The system features a power range of 10 to 240 amperes and features an auxiliary outlet for weld fume extraction equipment, a water cooler and other accessories.
The AutoDrive 4R is designed to nest directly within the Fanuc Robotics ARC Mate 100iC arm and is a compact, lightweight package that maximizes robot mobility and performance, the company says.
