Capacity ranges to 2" schedule 40 pipe or 2" angle iron at bending speeds 20-percent faster than competitive machines, the company says. This model is designed to operate in vertical or horizontal positions, and it includes a foot pedal for hands-free operation.
A standard universal tooling set is included with each machine, and it adjusts easily to most material profiles. Programmable touchpad controls with digital center roll positioning are said to increase repeatability. Threaded drive shafts allow fine adjustment of tooling without spacers, and a side roller system adjusts as necessary to create a helix effect in the workpiece.
Standard features include a two-speed center roll for rapid center-roll positioning, in-line gear reduction in an oil bath to provide high-power transmission efficiency and forged roll shafts that are precision ground and fitted for maximum performance and minimal deflection.
