MFG.com Appoints President/CEO
Dr. Ronald L. Hollis’ manufacturing industry experience is expected to help redefine the platform and usher it into the future.
MFG.com has appointed Ronald L. Hollis, Ph.D., as its president and CEO. Dr. Hollis joined the firm in October 2017 with the goal of using his expertise in the manufacturing sector to help redefine the platform and usher it into the future, the company says.
Dr. Hollis founded Quickparts.com Inc. and served as its president and CEO. The firm’s goal was to simplify the purchase of low-volume custom parts with online instant quoting. Previously, he founded and served as president and CEO of Rapid Tech Engineering, which provided engineering services for product development and became a value-added reseller of 3D printers. Earlier, he helped guide operations as a vice president at injection molding manufacturer Fastec Engineering.
