Manufacturing Cleaning Association Partners with FiT
The alliance between the MCA and FiT enables members to hold a partner member status in each association and enables access to technical content and networking opportunities. The organizations will also share exhibit space at industry trade shows and conferences.
The North American Manufacturing Cleaning Association (MCA) and the European Parts Cleaning Association FiT recently signed a partnership agreement to increase engagement in their respective markets. This partnership will reportedly enable the cooperative sharing of professional experience, knowledge and technical expertise between members of each organization.
This alliance enables members to hold a partner member status in each association and enables access to technical content and networking opportunities. Additionally, the organizations will share exhibit space at industry trade shows and conferences where applicable, including PMTS, IMTS, the Parts Cleaning Conference and Parts2Clean.
“With this partnership, the MCA and FIT will bring the North American and European parts cleaning industries together to share and learn from one another. It will help both organizations and the industry as a whole grow,” states Matt Gilmore, MCA’s executive director.
Gerhard Koblenzer, FiT’s executive director, adds, “The partnership between the two associations enables the exchange of different experiences and know-how in the technologies, the processes and the markets. FiT presents the results of its publications and guidelines, while MCA enables the members of the German partner to get in touch and provide assistance to the North American market; a real opportunity and challenge for both sides.”
MCA says that as it continues to mature and expand, technical and educational opportunities will be enhanced due to the cooperation with FiT.
