View MoreMicro component supplier Tavadec S.A. will formally launch in North America at IMTS 2018 through an exclusive partnership with IndustryControlling, which is intended to enhance customer proximity and leverage growth in the region. Historically a supplier of Swiss watchmaking components, Tavadec’s ultra-precision parts are used in micro-mechanics, equipment and instruments, aerospace, automotive, medical, and other industries.
Tavadec’s parts range in size from 0.1 to 12 mm (0.004" to 0.5") with tolerances ranging to 1 micron (0.00004"). All parts are made to customer specifications in Tavannes, Switzerland.
“Our experience in one of the world's most demanding Swiss precision markets has pushed us to achieve extreme levels of part accuracy and finishing that we expect will appeal to North American companies who demand the highest levels of accuracy and finishes,” says Tavadec CEO Cédric Monnin.
