Kyzen to Co-Host VOC Compliance Seminars
The two Clean and Green events aim to provide members of the metal parts manufacturing industry with a review of changes in solvent regulations affecting parts cleaning.
Kyzen (Nashville, Tennessee) will co-host two volatile organic compound (VOC) compliance seminars for the metal parts manufacturing industry. The first will take place April 18-19, 2018, at Stericycle in California. The second seminar will take place May 23-24, 2018, at Ecoclean in Michigan.
The technical sessions of the Clean and Green seminars aim to give attendees an in-depth review of the latest changes in solvent regulations affecting parts cleaning and to provide a guide on how to become VOC-compliant.
Participants attend a one-day training seminar that features technical sessions covering the growth of modified alcohol solvents in the manufacturing industry, as well as applications and operational procedures. The event will also include a step-by-step guide explaining how to prevent corrosion at manufacturing facilities. It will have opportunities for hands-on testing throughout the day, and attendees are encouraged bring their own metal parts to test chemistries.
This event is part of the company’s Educating the Industry initiative to educate users about changes in government regulations affecting the manufacturing industry and the chemistries used in cleaning metal parts.
The training is free, but space is limited. Attendees should register soon for the California Clean and Green event.
