Keller Products Acquired by Plastic Design
The acquired company makes coolant filtration systems and offers related products and services.
Plastic Design Inc. (North Chelmsford, Massachusetts) has acquired Keller Products (Acton, Massachusetts), a manufacturer of coolant filtration systems and related products.
“Metalworking is a major component of the industrial base here in New England,” says Daryl Flynn, co-president of Plastic Design. “We have worked with Keller over the past 25 years, and we believe both companies, and more importantly, our customers, will benefit from this merger.”
Keller got its start in 1990 with a technology that removes way oils and other oils from coolant.
“Having access to Plastic Design’s prototype and manufacturing capabilities has already produced dividends,” says Keller Products Vice President Jon Strauss. “Keller recently secured the largest single order in our company’s 26-year history.”
