View MoreAutomated vending systems manufacturer AutoCrib (Tustin, California) has acquired Small Parts Storage System (SPSS) technology assets and products from Lauyans & Co., an engineering and manufacturing company providing conveyor systems, storage equipment and permanent magnet solutions. The acquisition of the SPSS, a modular vertical lift system, will enable AutoCrib to integrate Lauyans’ vertical storage solutions into its own product suite.
