Brian Halstead is a Castrol technical engineer with extensive experience in quality control processes and procedures, lubricants, metalworking fluids, cleaners and rust preventatives. He has a successful 27-year career in manufacturing and has been with Castrol engineering for 19 of those years. In his role, Brian directly supports customer concerns, conducts site surveys, provides product training and assists sales and distributors with acquiring new business.

Senior Technologist

Hans Batchelder is a senior technologist supporting global product development at Castrol. He has 17 years of working experience with the company and currently is responsible for industrial coolant and cleaner fluids development and formulation support. In his role, Hans has successfully led OEM approvals, project and data management, product pipeline development and formulation optimization for current and future products.
