Millennials Talk About Managing Millennials
At a past Top Shops Workshop, three of the four Top Shops Honors Program winners that year were millennials. They described their approach to managing people of their generation and creating an enticing, accommodating workplace for them.
Kylan Hastreiter, vice president of Hastreiter Industries, admits that some stereotypes about millennials are true. But, you can’t paint the entire generation (or any other for that matter) with such a broad brush. In this video from a past Top Shops Conference, he and two other shop principals, all millennials, discuss their approach to managing fellow millennials.
